Stuntdouble
# STUNT DOUBLE
**Every bruise is a paycheck.**
The movie stars won't do their own stunts. So the director calls you.
Every scene has one shot the director needs: through the saloon window, over a row of parked cars, face-first into a custard pie, up into the crow's nest of a pirate ship. You set up the stunt, yell ACTION, and a fully ragdolled stuntman goes flying. Then the studio pays you for every single thing that went wrong.
## How it works
1. **Set up the stunt.** Drag ramps, trampolines, boosters, crates and pyro barrels onto the set. Tap a prop to tilt it. Pick your speed, or your angle if it's a cannon.
2. **ACTION!** In the air, hold **SPACE** to tuck and spin, and use the **arrow keys** to lean. On a vehicle, SPACE bails out.
3. **Get paid.** Every bump, flip, smash and second of airtime goes on an itemised paycheck: noggin bonks, body slams, backflips, kabooms, pies in the face. Bigger hits pay more.
Press **R** at any moment for an instant retake. You will need it.
## Six films, sixteen scenes
- **DUST & GLORY** (Western). A runaway mine cart, a saloon window, a water tower and a moving train.
- **REDLINE** (Action). Motorbike jumps, the classic fruit stand, and a back alley full of explosives.
- **A FINE MESS** (Silent comedy, in black and white). Roller skates, custard pies, a one-ton weight on a seesaw and a seven-tier wedding cake.
- **STARFALL** (Sci-fi). A jetpack in low gravity, glowing rings, drifting asteroids and a big red button on a mothership.
- **SALT & STEEL** (Swashbuckler). Human cannonball, rope swings between ships and a deck full of powder kegs.
- **THE BLOCKBUSTER**. Everything, all at once, in one take.
Each scene has three stars: **THE SHOT**, a **paycheck target** and a **bonus**. That's 48 stars.
## Also
- **Replays** of every take, with slow motion on the biggest hit.
- **Save clips** of your best wipeouts as video files and share them.
- Each film has its own costume, music and look. The silent film has film grain and a slide whistle.
- Physics are deterministic: the same setup and the same timing always give the same stunt.
